We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Consulting Engineer to join our team of consultants. The Senior Consulting Engineer will be responsible for leading technical engagements with our clients, providing technical guidance and solutions to complex business problems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, extensive consulting experience, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 7 years of experience in consulting or a related field, with a strong focus on technical engagements and client-facing activities.
  • Strong technical knowledge of infrastructure technologies, including virtualization, storage, networking, and security.
  • Extensive experience with cloud technologies, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and recommend effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven track record of successful technical engagements and client satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical engagements with clients, including solution design, architecture, implementation, and optimization.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients, including troubleshooting complex issues and recommending effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal team members to identify and define business requirements, and to develop and implement technical solutions to meet those requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, and act as a trusted advisor to provide guidance and recommendations on technology strategy and direction.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, including scoping and sizing engagements, preparing proposals, and presenting technical solutions to clients.
  • Develop and deliver technical training to clients and internal team members.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and provide guidance and recommendations to clients and internal team members.
